Replacement Policy for Grow Kits

At SporeAura, we stand behind the quality of our products and are dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction. If you experience any issues with your grow kit, we offer a replacement policy under the following conditions:

Conditions for Replacement:

  • Purchase Requirement: Both the spores and the grow bag must have been purchased from SporeAura.
  • Follow Instructions: It is essential to follow all the provided instructions that come with your grow kit to optimize the conditions for growth.
  • Heat Mat Usage: The grow bags must be placed on a heat mat throughout the cultivation period to help maintain the ideal temperature necessary for mushroom growth.
  • Progress Images: Please take progress images every seven days for up to three weeks (two images per week). These images are crucial as they help us assess the conditions and progress of your grow kit.

How to Claim a Replacement:

If no growth is observed within the first twenty days despite following all guidelines, please send the progress images to support@sporeaura.com. Our team will review your case, ask a few questions about the steps you’ve taken, and guide you through the replacement process.

Don’t worry if your kit doesn’t perform as expected—we’re here to support you! Upon verifying that the kit has failed under the stipulated conditions and confirming the purchase source, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you immediately.
